Only the
Working Class Can Save the Day!
The 4th Congress of RCPB(ML) was held from March 29-30,
2003. The Congress, taking place at a critical time for humanity, was dedicated
to the role of the working class in leading the way out of the crisis. The
thesis of the Partys 4th Congress was that the work of the past four years has
enabled RCPB(ML) to forge the instruments of battle-readiness to be used in the
space for change which has opened up in the battle to come out on top
politically. The theme of the 4th Congress, adopted at the culmination of the
proceedings, was: Only the Working Class Can Save the Day!The Congress
elected the Partys new Central Committee, and Chris Coleman was re-elected as
the National Spokesperson for the Party and its Central Committee.
